Use the contact method on your Gumroad receipt and include the order email, product name and a short description. Never send card details or passwords.

Spreadsheet problem

Include the spreadsheet application/version, worksheet name, cell or section and exact error. Screenshots should contain no private client data.

Compatibility

Files use XLSX and standard formulas. Exact appearance and some features can vary by application. No official DJ-software integration is claimed.
